The story of Synergize

The story of Synergize is one of innovation born out of necessity. As founders with firsthand experience working within a trucking company, they encountered significant challenges in finding qualified individuals for key roles.

Often, the available candidates lacked the necessary skill set or demanded compensation beyond what the roles warranted. Drawing upon their deep-seated ties to Macedonia, they made a bold decision to establish an overseas office. What began with just one person rapidly expanded to a team of 30 or more highly skilled professionals.

Encouraged by the success of this initial venture, they recognized an opportunity to extend their services to other businesses facing similar talent acquisition struggles. This realization marked the beginning of their journey to help enterprises overcome staffing hurdles, leveraging their expertise and network to provide tailored solutions and drive positive outcomes for businesses across various industries.
